Fresh tofu, especially our Silky Tofu, is very hot when freshly made and naturally releases a lot of water. If you don’t mind this and want to enjoy the freshest taste, please be aware that keeping the bag completely dry is impossible. If excess water is a concern for you, please take note before purchasing.
